We believe that we multiply our impact the most when we come together.

DCN typically promotes four types of events. These are the hub of what we do.

//Private Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching is available either on location or through distance learning. You will be paired with an experienced church planter to help you strategize every step of your journey from pre-launch through the first few years of development. //Group Coaching Sessions (small group workshops)

Periodically group sessions will be conducted to address specific issues. These sessions vary from “Developing A Pre-Launch Strategy” to “The Ins and Outs of Multi-Campus.” Coaching groups are typically organized on an as needed basis and are open to your entire staff.

//Round Tables (medium-sized group sessions)

Round tables seek to address topics that are more general in nature and can appeal to both the church planter and seasoned pastor. These are unique learning opportunities for peer interaction in a larger group setting.

//Conferences (large group meetings)

Some of these regular events include: The XFactor Conference and Church Planter/Wives Retreat.
